Website Terms of Use

For Hi-Trans Multiservices

Effective date: 10 August 2026

These Terms govern access to and use of www.hitransmultiservices.in. The Website is informational; it does not itself accept orders or payments. Submitting the Website’s RFQ/enquiry form is a request for information only and does not itself create a contract.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using www.hitransmultiservices.in (the “Website”), you agree to these Website Terms of Use (“Terms”). The Website is owned and operated by Hi-Trans Multiservices (“Hi-Trans”, “we”, “us” or “our”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Website.

These Terms apply only to use of the Website. Any quotation, purchase order, work order, contract, technical specification, supply arrangement, service arrangement or other commercial transaction between Hi-Trans and a customer, vendor or other party is governed by the applicable separate documents and agreed commercial terms.

2. Informational Nature of the Website

The Website provides general information about Hi-Trans, its capabilities, products, services, projects, experience and related business information.

  • The Website is not an online store or e-commerce platform.
  • No payment or payment instruction is accepted through the Website at initial launch.
  • Visitors may submit an enquiry through the RFQ/enquiry form; doing so is a request for information only and does not itself constitute a quotation, binding offer, acceptance, technical guarantee, performance guarantee, warranty or contractual commitment (see the following clause).
  • Website content does not by itself constitute a quotation, binding offer, acceptance, technical guarantee, performance guarantee, warranty or contractual commitment.
  • A contract with Hi-Trans is formed only through duly authorised and mutually accepted commercial documentation or conduct recognised by applicable law.

3. Technical and Commercial Information

Industrial equipment and engineering solutions are application-specific. Dimensions, capacities, classifications, performance data, illustrations, photographs, drawings, specifications, standards references, product descriptions and other technical information on the Website are general or indicative unless expressly stated otherwise in a signed or formally issued project-specific document.

Visitors must not rely on general Website content as a substitute for project-specific engineering review, site assessment, approved drawings, calculations, inspection, statutory compliance, operation manuals or agreed technical specifications. Hi-Trans may modify or improve products, designs, specifications, materials, processes and Website content without prior notice.

4. No Reliance on Website Content

We use reasonable efforts to keep Website information useful and current, but we do not represent that every item is complete, error-free, continuously available or suitable for a particular project. Availability, scope, specifications, lead times and commercial terms must be independently confirmed with Hi-Trans through authorised business communications.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its contents — including text, logos, trade names, branding, layouts, graphics, photographs, illustrations, drawings, diagrams, downloadable material and other original content — are owned by or licensed to Hi-Trans and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view the Website and make reasonable internal copies or printouts for legitimate evaluation of Hi-Trans products or services. No content may be reproduced, republished, modified, translated, distributed, sold, commercially exploited, scraped for systematic republication, used to create a competing publication or database, or used in a manner suggesting endorsement by Hi-Trans without prior written permission, except to the extent expressly permitted by law.

Third-party names, marks, photographs, standards references or other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Permitted and Prohibited Use

You must use the Website lawfully and in a manner that does not interfere with its operation or the rights of others. You must not:

  • attempt unauthorised access to the Website, server, network, accounts or systems;
  • introduce malware, malicious code, denial-of-service activity or other harmful technology;
  • probe, scan or test vulnerabilities except with prior written authorisation;
  • circumvent security or access-control measures;
  • use automated means to overload, disrupt or systematically extract Website content in a manner that materially harms the Website or infringes rights;
  • misrepresent your identity or affiliation with Hi-Trans;
  • use Website content for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory or infringing purposes; or
  • remove copyright, trademark or proprietary notices from Website materials.

7. Communications and Enquiries

Visitors may contact Hi-Trans using the business email addresses and telephone details published on the Website, or by submitting the RFQ/enquiry form. Sending an enquiry — by any of these channels — does not require Hi-Trans to provide a quotation, accept a project, reserve production capacity or enter into a contract.

If you send drawings, specifications, project information or other materials, you represent that you are authorised to share them for the relevant business purpose. Do not send unnecessary personal data, passwords, payment credentials or highly sensitive information through ordinary email. Confidentiality obligations, where required, should be recorded in an appropriate confidentiality or commercial arrangement.

8. Third-Party Links and Content

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, maps, platforms, publications, standards bodies, suppliers, customers or other external resources for convenience or reference. A link does not by itself constitute endorsement, control or responsibility. Third-party resources are governed by their own terms, policies and availability.

9. Website Availability and Security

We may change, suspend, restrict, withdraw or discontinue any part of the Website for maintenance, security, business or technical reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Visitors are responsible for using appropriate device, browser, network and cybersecurity precautions when accessing the Website or communicating electronically.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its general informational content are provided on an “as available” basis. Except for obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded, Hi-Trans disclaims implied warranties or representations arising solely from access to the Website, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted availability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any express warranty, guarantee or obligation specifically accepted by Hi-Trans in a separate duly authorised contract or document.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hi-Trans will not be liable solely by reason of Website access or use for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, production, data or business interruption, arising from reliance on general Website information, inability to access the Website, third-party links or malicious activity beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability to the extent that such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law, or alters liability expressly assumed by Hi-Trans under a separate binding contract.

12. Indemnity for Misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for loss, damage, liability, cost or claim arising from your unlawful or unauthorised use of the Website, infringement of third-party rights through your use of the Website, or material breach of these Terms. This provision does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by Hi-Trans.

13. Privacy

Our handling of personal data in connection with the Website is described in the Website Privacy Policy published on the Website. The Privacy Policy forms part of the Website governance framework but is interpreted according to applicable data-protection law.

14. Changes to the Website or Terms

We may update the Website or these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms will be posted with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Website after publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law. Changes do not retroactively amend a separate signed contract unless that contract expressly provides otherwise.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising solely from use of the Website are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory forum or remedy under applicable law, courts having jurisdiction at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes, provided that nothing prevents Hi-Trans from seeking urgent or protective relief in another court of competent jurisdiction where legally permissible.

16. Severability, Waiver and Entire Website Terms

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any later breach.

These Terms, together with the Website Privacy Policy and any notices expressly incorporated into them, constitute the terms governing general use of the Website. They do not replace separate commercial, technical, confidentiality, purchase, supply, service or project-specific agreements.

17. Contact

Questions about these Terms or the Website may be directed to Hi-Trans Multiservices using the email address, telephone number or other business contact details published on the Contact page of www.hitransmultiservices.in.
